The Healthy Inspirations Great Shape Eating Plan is overseen by one of Australia 's top 10 weight loss dieticians and dietician to the 'stars', Jill MacGregor. Jill is a regular author in Good Health and Medicine magazine and a co-author of the Diabetes Cookbook (under her maiden name of ‘Jill Gosper').
Jill has a special interest in the prevention and management of childhood obesity; interestingly, her path to helping children lose weight focuses on the education of the mother.
