The Experts Behind the Great Shape Program

The Food Plans: Jill MacGregor, APD

Food expert Jill MacGregor
Jill oversees the Great Shape program and supports the Lifestyle Consultants to meet the special dietary needs of members.

"The reason that the program is so successful is that it is based on real food and that the whole family can eat the same meals.

Women are so busy and so preparing just one meal for the whole family is easier to sustain.

I’m pleased that members' partners and children often lose weight at the same time. I also provide support for members with special dietary needs."

Nutrition: Trudy Williams, APD

Nutrition expert
Trudy is a specialist in dietary analysis computer software to ensure that the nutrient profile meets up-to-date dietary guidelines.

"Most people don’t know that the nutrient reference values have been recently upgraded in Australia and New Zealand. We completely reviewed the Great Shape Program to ensure that, not only would the members continue to achieve great weight loss but the program met the upgraded nutrient values.

I am pleased that we achieved this without reverting to meal replacements. Members lose weight the healthiest way – with real food."

"Unlike any other program, the members get one-on-one support sessions with exercise sessions – three times per week. Our challenge was to ensure that the staff training and members educational materials were at the forefront of weight loss research.

It is impressive that the Great Shape Program provides high quality weight loss education at such an affordable cost."
