Our Support Team
National Training Manager: Robyn Jordan
My role is to empower the franchisees and their teams with thorough training in the simple-to-follow sales and operations systems. Our goal is to set a high standard so that each franchisee feels confident in their ability to run a centre, and that they have a great team of well trained staff. We assume no prior knowledge with our training program, but look for people who are willing to learn and are passionate about helping women and promoting their business locally.
The training starts with the franchisee attending a full week training at another centre or in our national support office. This gives them an understanding of the qualities needed when recruiting their own team.
We then run a full week's onsite training program with the franchisee and their chosen team.
Also, we understand that team members will come and go. For this reason we provide each franchisee with an on-the-job self-paced audio training program, where the franchisee can supervise the training of new team members or the ongoing training of existing team members. Complete notes and checklists are provided for this program.
Our goal is that every participant enjoys the training and comes out feeling confident in the program and comfortable in the no-pressure marketing and sales processes.

- Parents and/or carers and guardians should always practice what they preach in terms of food and drinks choices
- No foods or food groups should ever be banned from a balanced diet and or weight loss food plan.
- Eating and dining in general should always be a pleasure rather than seen as a tool for any negative purpose or experience.
