One-on-One Support

Monitoring, coaching and follow-up ensures your weight loss occurs, and stays off in the long term!

The second unique component to the Healthy Inspirations program is the one-on-one support from our Lifestyle Consultants.

Through regular, individualised monitoring and coaching you are guided along your weight loss journey during every phase of the program.

The reason that you, as a Healthy Inspirations client can lose the weight you want to, and the reason you can keep it off in the long term, is largely due to this one-on-one support.

The program is divided into four phases:

  1. Healthy Quick Start
  2. Healthy Weight Loss
  3. Healthy Balance
  4. Healthy Lifestyle

1. Healthy Quick Start

The first phase is referred to as the ‘Healthy Quick Start' phase and is just for the first seven days. This phase prepares your body for weight loss and it is during this phase that you will be able to eat unlimited amounts of specific healthy foods that you can get from any supermarket.

2. Healthy Weight Loss

The second phase is referred to as the 'Healthy Weight Loss' phase, and this extends for the duration required to achieve your desired weight loss goal. Typically, if you follow the program and have no medical issues, this is normally at the safe and healthy rate of three to four kilograms per month. Therefore, if you need to lose 10 kilograms, the Healthy Weight Loss phase would last for about two and a half to three months.

During the Healthy Weight Loss phase you receive one-on-one coaching sessions three times per week. Each session is around five minutes and is followed by a 30-minute exercise session, so you can be in and out within 40 minutes. Having sessions three times per week ensures we retain your motivation at a high level, to keep you on track to achieving your weight loss goals.

3. Healthy Balance

The 'Healthy Balance' phase is eight weeks in duration and follows directly on from the Healthy Weight Loss stage. During this second phase you are slowly introduced to more food and receive the Healthy Inspirations one-on-one coaching twice a week. Exercise sessions continue three times per week.

4. Healthy Lifestyle

The third and probably most important stage is referred to as the 'Healthy Lifestyle' phase, and this is where you are monitored and coached once a week, for a 12-month period. The worldwide research into successful weight loss programs has demonstrated that any program that involves less than 12 months of ongoing monitoring, is likely to lead to weight regain.

At Healthy Inspirations, we know that not only does this one-on-one support increase your comfort level while you are losing weight and it also greatly increases the likelihood of successfully achieving your weight loss goals.
