Eatslim Fresh Moroccan Hommus

Serves 3 – 4

Serving size 3 teaspoons  

Ingredients:                            

  • 1½ tsp Eatslim Moroccan Spices                
  • 1 (400g) can chick peas, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1½ large lemons
  • Salt & pepper to season

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. If too thick add a bit more lemon juice and whizz again.  Pour into a bowl and serve with julienne vegetables.
