Maitland residents are delighted to have a local LADIES ONLY wellness centre as good as Healthy Inspirations. Located at Shop 11, Pender Place Shopping Centre, Maitland Healthy Inspirations is a weight loss and exercise centre just for women.

Take Action Steps - Congratulations to Wendy W for winning the centre challenge.

Wendy went around Tasmania 6 times and walked an amazing 1,206,907 steps! She was incredible!

In the 6 weeks she lost 4.2kg which was 6.6% of her body weight.

For winning our Centre’s Maria Island Challenge, Wendy won a prize from Cheryl Murrell - Balance for health.
