Not Just A Gym
Healthy Inspirations Armidale is not a gym. It is also not an eating program and it is definitely not a day spa. It is, however, the perfect blend of all of these things, to ensure that you can achieve your weight loss goals in Armidale in a safe manner and for the long term.

Armidale's Group Fitness Classes

Start the week with a bang with Monday's Marvellous Motivation Session (group circuit class) - Mondays at 5.00pm 

Pilates - Monday 3.30pm (bookings essential)

ChiBall - Monday 6.00pm  & 7.00pm
               Thursday 5.00pm
               Friday 10.00 am (bookings essential) 

What to Bring? All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing and a full water bottle. 
A yoga mat or towelis handy for Pilates and ChiBall.

ChiBall is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance and Relaxation.

Joann lost it at Armidale

“I joined Healthy Inspirations in October 2007 with my daughter. She was asked by a friend to join her in a challenge that they were holding at the centre. Being under 18, I had to go with her so I could hear about the program and give my permission. We both liked it so much that we both joined that very day. 

I mean, here is a centre that not only offers an exercise circuit, but has a weight loss program as well!

But what really made me believe that I could succeed was seeing a poster on the wall with a “before and after” shot of one of the staff members. I remember thinking, “she’s been on this program and succeeded. She knows exactly what I’m going through. If she can do it, I can do it!” She was, and still is, my Inspiration.

That was 7 months ago. I’m now 36kg lighter and feel great.  Although I haven’t reached my goal weight yet, I know with the guidance and support of staff, family and friends, I will succeed. So ladies, if you need to lose a little or a lot of weight, or you just want the exercise, I recommend that you give this program a go. The one-on-one coaching plus the regular weigh-in’s will keep you on track. This program works and it will change your life. It has mine.”
