The Healthy Inspirations exercise component makes the most of a comprehensive circuit of exercises as well as your time.
With each exercise station lasting less than 60 seconds, you can work all your muscles in 29 minutes! Best of all, each fitness circuit provides aerobic and anaerobic exercise simultaneously for a total body workout - now don't worry if that doesn't make sense right now, all it means is that our exercise component will make you lose the weight you want to!
The reasons you will lose weight is because:
- It's quick and it's effective.
- It won't give you sore muscles.
- It will improve your fitness level.
- It's done in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
The hydraulic equipment we use at Healthy Inspirations adapts to your strength, age and fitness level automatically, giving you toning and firming benefits without the concern of building bulk or injury that can happen when you do quick-moving circuit using pin loaded weight equipment.
Because the exercise stations are fully adjustable, as your tone and fitness improve you can increase your intensity and this avoids plateaus. And if you ever feel tired, don't worry! You can still get in a good workout because the equipment will match your energy level.
We encourage all members to use the Healthy Inspirations exercise circuit three times per week, however members are welcome to come in and exercise on a daily basis. So, what are you waiting for?
