The All About Me Challenge

8 week challenge – February 6th –  March 31st 2012

The Healthy Me Challenge is a fun, simple participation-based 8 week challenge starting on Monday 6th February and running until 31st March 2012.  The focus of this motivational challenge is all about “ME”.  This is a chance for you to concentrate on the “Me Time” philosophy that is often lost on women, especially those who have families.

This challenge is open to all weight loss and exercise members.  To register you must do an initial body composition analysis for your starting weight and have a ‘before’ photo taken.  You will then be given your own Healthy Me challenge card.

The card will be stamped / hole punched / initialed by a Health Coach for 3 daily visits, product purchases over $25 and each week’s challenge (see below).  You may receive more than one stamp for product purchases depending on how much you spend.  For example; if you spend $50 in one order, you will receive 2 stamps.

At the end of the 8 weeks, you will finish with another body composition analysis and an ‘after’ photo.  The Health Coach will then determine your percentage of weight lost.  The local “Healthy Me” winner will be the participant who has lost the largest percentage of weight in your centre.   If you are lucky enough to be that member, your name will be sent in for the National competition.  The national support office will determine the National Winner (again the largest percentage of weight lost) and that winner will receive a $1,000 gift card.

All Healthy Me Challenge Cards will be sent into the national support office, and 5 runners up prizes of a $100 gift card will be determined by a prize draw.

Week 7 ‘ME’ Challenge: Feed Me

Week 8 ‘ME’ Challenge: Reward Me
Participate in an activity that you feel will reward you for completing the challenge.  For example, completing a fun run or taking the family out for a bike ride or doing a bush trek.  It can be anything as long as it is positive and not food related.
