Interval Strength: "2 for 1" A great cardio workout combined with an emphasis on resistance exercise to tone & shape your body.
Cardio Interval: The perfect way to add variety to your exercise regime – tone up and discover new ways to elevate your heart rate.
Thermaband: A resistance workout with bands.
Belly Burn: A combination of belly dancing / cardio.
Lower Body BLAST: Get firm & fit with low impact cardio, concentrating on tummy, thighs & butt.
Cardio Burn: High and Low impact cardio work-out designed to keep you burning calories.
Hard Core: 30 minutes to focus on all important postural and abdominal strength.
Power Up: An intense 45 minute calorie-consuming workout that pushes you to the limit.

LifeSprints has been developed from research conducted by the Medical Faculty at the University of New South Wales. The research has shown that a 20 minute work-out consisting of 8 seconds of sprint exercise, followed by 12 seconds of easy pace aerobic exercise, resulted in much more fat loss than 40 minutes of steady pace aerobic activity (3 times a week for 15 weeks). These studies also found and reported big increases in aerobic and anaerobic fitness, with subjects showing signifificantly decreased fasting insulin and increased leg and abdomen muscle mass.
