We spent considerable time looking at various business opportunities and settled on a franchise with Healthy Inspirations because it was the only one that met all nine of our evaluation criteria. We committed in late January and opened in mid April. We now have a vibrant business with 5 staff, 212 members (and growing) and a fantastic club with a great atmosphere.

On the business side, we expect to reach breakeven next month (after only 4 months operations) and should make a modest profit in the first year, both almost unheard of in any new business venture.

Jamie and his team are excellent. A small, experienced team that always have your best interests in mind and generally deliver on everything and more. In my opinion, the franchise fee is money well spent. The great part of being involved in a relatively new franchise, with an open minded franchisor like Jamie, is that you get the opportunity to contribute to the direction the franchise takes - it’s certainly not an authoritarian, highly prescriptive model. The network of franchisees is a good mix of people from various backgrounds, all of whom are enthusiastic and active in their business and yet still provide time to help new franchisees and discuss ideas amongst themselves.

Above all, the business is so rewarding for everyone involved. On a daily basis we see ladie’s changing their lives - literally. They improve their health, reduce medications, increase their self confidence, improve their relationships and generally feel better about themselves. Over 1/3 of my members were referred by other members - word of mouth from happy members!

I can highly recommend Healthy Inspirations.

Well you have to love it when you open a NEW business and you break even within 8 weeks! And its even better when you do this TWICE (Tamworth actually broke even in 6 weeks but what's a few weeks).

I know you love getting feedback so I thought I would respond on behalf of Steve, Rebel & myself and say thanks and well done. Not only have you created a complete weight loss package for members that is truly remarkable, but you have a holistic program that benefits the entire family.

More importantly for us, you have created a unique business opportunity that targets a market segment that really needs our program. We are extremely excited with the entire Healthy Inspirations business & operating systems. Your support is wonderful and you are constantly refining and developing the systems. You have a CANI mentality and this fits in with our own philosophy and values.

"It has been incredible...."

“What can we say? We opened approximately six weeks ago and we have been flooded with members looking to lose weight the Healthy Inspirations way. It has been incredible and I believe we have set a new record for members in the shortest possible time. After six weeks, we are at 120 members and absolutely ecstatic about the results, the feedback, the support and the systems.

We have loved the business and weight loss model from day one but to see the systems and processes in action is another thing. Rohan and I always knew we would do well and we were confident of a pretty strong opening. No-one could have predicted this though and the hype and excitement we have created in the community is really fantastic. The members love the program, our team are buzzing and they are coping exceptionally well due to the training and the systems.

We just wanted to say thanks again for all the head office support team have done: for the systems, the support, and the great resources. The pre-launch document helped us step through each process and the marketing strategy provided a great platform for us to work with.

We are looking forward for a rest over Christmas but no doubt there will be bigger and better things for us in the New Year.
