What's Happening in Noosa!
Hula Hooping - great fun and a great workout too!
Remember your school days when you could swing those hips and keep the hoop going for ages? Well, time to try again with our Hula Hoop. We are holding Hula Hooping classes every Friday at 9am. A great activity, for your core, and a lot of fun too.
Pilates
Looking for something different - Come and join our pilates classes – for class times contact the centre.
Yoga / Stretching
On Thursday nights at 6.30pm we hold Yoga or Stretching classes, these are conducted by our very experienced instructor Amy Corcoran.

If you love your food, and think that eating healthy means missing out, then think again. We have alternatives to all your favorites, and you won't even know the difference!
Spaghetti Marinara
1 protein, 1 grain/starchy carb, 1 fat, 1 vegetable Serves 4 2 cups cooked spaghetti 2 tsp vegetable oil 2 tsp butter 2 onions, chopped 2 x 400g cans crushed tomatoes 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine 400gm mussels in shells, scrubbed and beards removed 250gm scallops 150g shelled and deveined prawns 200g calamari rings Method 1. Heat oil and butter in frying pan over medium heat 2. Add onions and cook, stiring, for 4 minutes 3. Stir in tomatoes, basil and wine; bring to simmering point and simmer for 8 minutes 4. Add mussels, scallops and prawns and cook for 2 minutes longer 5. Add calamari and cook for 1 minute 6. Spoon shellfish mixture over hot spaghetti and serve immediately.We have hundreds of great recipes for our members to collect, why not come in and have a browse?
