"What Women Want" Expo - Saturday, August 23rd

August is our birthday month and this year we are 7!

In conjuction with our birthday we are hosting a 'What Women Want" Expo. We are taking the opportunity to celebrate our birthday, our staff and our members, and of course, to share Healthy Inspirations, the "best kept secret" in Kenmore.

So, what do women want? We have been brainstorming and it was agreed that we want: time, confidence, style, wellness, nurturing, to be valued, to have a great shape, a sense of calm, to be fit and be happy in our skin.

Local businesses who also deliver "what women want" will be showcasing their wares and offering specials to the ladies who visit the expo. There will also be free Body Composition Analysis, free use of our Shiatsu massage chair and spot prizes every 30 minutes.
